Meet the Founders - Hendrik & Stefan

  • The Short

    Hendrik en Stefan zijn ondernemers met een focus op gebruiksvriendelijkheid en style. Al sinds de middelbare school zijn ze connected. Beide hebben ze een gezin met 3 kinderen plus een kleine hond🐶. In de drukste fase van hun leven hebben ze besloten om samen de handen in één te slaan en een bedrijf te starten.

  • The Long

    Beide zijn ze geboren in Friesland ten noorden van Leeuwarden. Toen ze elkaar leerden kenden in de begin tienerjaren was er een directe klik. Vele herinneringen zouden gemaakt worden. Hendrik ontwikkelde zich via werktuigbouwkunde tot een commerciële sales kanon en Stefan begon met zijn IT studie💻 maar richtte zich daarna volledig op het ondernemerschap. Nadat ze telkens een andere afslag namen bij het stoplicht, pakten ze medio 2023 dezelfde rotonde driekwart. En raakten in een gesprek dit tot heden nog niet is gestopt.

    Door de goede basis en de gemaakte persoonlijke ontwikkelingen wouden ze gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke synergie, dus starten ze PixelNova.

Terms of service

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Because we produce on demand, our products are custom made especially for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

VAT / TAXES / DUTIES:
For all orders with a shipping address in an EU country, VAT will be charged with the order, unless a valid EU VAT number is entered during the ordering process.

For shipping addresses outside the EU, no VAT will be charged in the order. However, the taxes / duties / import costs must be paid in your own country. This can also be requested by the carrier (usually UPS) before the package is delivered.

For the amount of taxes/duties/import costs, we advise you to inquire with the local tax authorities.

RESELLING OUR PRODUCTS:
It is allowed to resell our products as a reseller, but the prices must at least meet our prices.

COLORS CAN DIFFER FROM PREVIOUS BATCHES:
It is possible that the colors between different batches differ from each other. We can therefore not guarantee that a second ordered product will be exactly the same as the product from a previous order.

If you want to be sure that you have products from the same batch for certain projects, we recommend ordering more in one go.

SAMPLES:
We recommend to test a desired design on one product first before ordering a large quantity. This way, design errors will not cause disappointment on large scale. 

SHIPPING & UPDATES:
All orders for in stock fabrics will be prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days, this does not include weekends. You can check your email inbox (also check your spam or advertising boxes) to see if you have received a dispatch notification. Take into account a longer delivery time in case of a discount.

If you have ordered in stock products along with any pre-order product(s), then your order will only be sent once the pre-order product(s) arrive in stock. 

If your order has been shipped, then please allow up to 7 business days for DPD/DHL/POSTNL, before we can look into the status of your order.

PRE-ORDERS:
When ordering pre-orders please make a note about the expected delivery time; all pre-order deliveries are estimates and sometimes can run over by 1-2 weeks. You can also check our social media pages (facebook and instagram) for further updates.

WASHING OF THE FABRICS:
The washing advice is listed with the articles in our shop and in the FAQ.
No general washing guarantee can be given because there are many different types of washing machines and detergents, each of which can affect the performance and the result of the wash in their own way. It is important to emphasize that the user is responsible for choosing and using the right detergents for his or her specific washing needs.

COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER:

Please check the received products before use, as we cannot provide a solution for already used products. 

Complaints/problems must be reported through the complaint form within 2 months of receipt. All complaints/problems with an order will receive a response within 5 business days. Please enclose clear photos of the product/problem.

In case of a justified complaint, we will arrange an appropriate compensation in the form of a refund or a discount code (you can indicate your preference in the complaint form).

RETURNS:
Because we print your ordered products on demand it is not possible to return these products. If there is a complaint or an incorrect delivery, please use the complaint form.

COPYING PROHIBITED:
It is not allowed to copy the designs on our website, as this is the registered property of PixelNova or of the relevant partner.


ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRINT YOUR OWN (CUSTOM PRINTING):

  • Colors may vary from your screen compared to the final result. This can be due to various reasons from display settings to translating the colors to our gamut color printing profile which we use.
  • Make sure your design file at least fits the product dimensions or can be seamlessly repeated. PixelNova is not responsible for design errors.
  • Save and upload your design file in the dimensions you want it to be printed. The files are printed as they are supplied.
  • There may be print voids which we consider acceptable when they are very small dots due to dust or fibers during the printing proces. 
  • You further agree that the sale of the design will not violate the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of any third-party.
  • All orders for in stock products will be prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days, this does not include weekends.
